🧾 Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive HR Specialist to manage and optimize HR operations within a professional travel and tourism organization in Saudi Arabia. This role involves overseeing recruitment, personnel and payroll administration, employee relations, and compliance with Saudi labor laws, while enhancing the overall employee experience.
The HR Specialist will serve as a key contributor to HR policy development, procedural improvements, and organizational development initiatives. This position offers exposure to government HR platforms, data analysis, and reporting, providing a solid foundation for career growth in HR management and operations.
This role is ideal for candidates with 2–5 years of HR experience seeking professional development in a dynamic industry. Opportunities exist for advancement into senior HR roles and leadership positions within the company.
🛠 Key Responsibilities
- Implement recruitment procedures from job offers to contract signing and recruitment documentation.
- Maintain and update employee files, ensuring data accuracy in HR systems.
- Manage employee data through Saudi government platforms.
- Prepare and review HR letters, including salary definitions, start letters, disclaimers, etc.
- Provide employee support and respond to inquiries related to salaries, benefits, and medical insurance.
- Assist in payroll preparation and ensure accurate coordination with relevant authorities.
- Prepare periodic HR reports and analyze workforce data as required.
- Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws and internal company policies.
- Monitor vacations, attendance, and departures, updating relevant records.
- Support the development and improvement of HR procedures and policies.
- Promote a positive work environment and effective communication between employees and management.
🎓 Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related discipline.
- 2–5 years of experience in HR operations.
- Strong knowledge of Saudi labor regulations and procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Effective teamwork and communication skills.
- Experience in travel and tourism sector preferred.

Average Market Salary (Estimated): SAR 7,000 – 10,000/month (Based on role, Saudi Arabia, and experience level)
