🛠 Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and support multiple Human Resources functions across EPC project operations.
  • Coordinate recruitment activities and talent acquisition processes.
  • Handle employee relations while ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Support performance management programs and employee evaluations.
  • Administer compensation and benefits processes.
  • Assist with learning and development initiatives and employee training programs.
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws, employment regulations, and HR policies.
  • Maintain HR documentation, employee records, and reporting requirements.

🎓 Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of Human Resources experience.
  • Previous experience in Oil & Gas, EPC, Construction, or Refinery projects is highly preferred.
  • Hands-on experience in at least two of the following HR functions:
    • Recruitment
    • Employee Relations
    • Performance Management
    • Compensation & Benefits
    • Learning & Development
    • HR Operations
  • Strong knowledge of Saudi labor laws, HR policies, procedures, and employment regulations.
  • Professional HR certifications such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, CIPD, PHR, or SPHR are advantageous.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

💼 Salary, Benefits & Career Growth

Average Market Salary (Estimated): SAR 16,000 – SAR 25,000 per month
