- Administer employee medical insurance processes.
- Handle employee onboarding, transfers, and offboarding procedures.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
- Process HR activities through Qiwa, GOSI, and Muqeem platforms.
- Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law and company HR policies.
- Coordinate employee lifecycle activities and HR operations.
- Support recruitment and other HR administrative functions as required.

🎓 Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in HR operations.
- Experience in:

- Practical experience using:
- Qiwa
- General Organization for Social Insurance (GOSI)
- Muqeem
- Good understanding of Saudi Labor Law.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
