A leading contracting company based in Jeddah announces a full-time vacancy for the role of HR Specialist / HR Assistant. We are seeking a motivated individual with foundational HR experience to support daily human resources operations and contribute to the development of HR systems within a professional work environment.
Key Responsibilities

Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

Participate in end-to-end recruitment activities including job postings, screening, interviewing coordination, and onboarding.

Monitor employee attendance, leaves, and prepare related reports.

Support payroll activities, salary processing, and employee benefits administration.

Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth HR operations.

Assist in developing, updating, and implementing HR policies and procedures.

Contribute to employee training, professional development, and engagement programs.
Requirements & Conditions

Diploma qualification required.

Minimum 1 year of experience in Human Resources.
