🛠 Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day HR operations efficiently in accordance with approved policies.

  • Handle government platforms (Qawwa, Muqeem, Madad, Social Insurance) and complete related procedures accurately.

  • Track employment contracts, residency, service transfers, and employee data updates.

  • Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law and implement HR best practices.

  • Prepare periodic reports on employee movement, performance indicators, and administrative processes.

  • Coordinate with departments to streamline procedures and enhance the employee experience.

  • Support the development of internal HR procedures and optimize operational efficiency.


🎓 Requirements & Qualifications

  • Proven experience using Saudi government HR platforms.
