Job Overview

Vision 7 is launching a next-generation Football Academy, Technology, and Wellness Center in Al Lulu District, Jubail. This landmark project combines sports, technology, and wellness to create an innovative environment that fosters both professional and community impact. The organization is seeking skilled professionals across multiple functions—including HR, Marketing, IT, Reception, and Security—to join the founding team.

Each role contributes directly to the operational success and long-term growth of the academy. Key Responsibilities

HR Manager

  • Manage employee relations, recruitment, and onboarding processes

  • Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law and GOSI regulations

  • Develop HR policies and maintain accurate documentation

  • Handle performance management and staff development initiatives

  • Support management with HR planning and organizational growth

Marketing Manager

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns and brand promotion strategies

  • Manage digital marketing, social media, and promotional activities

  • Organize onsite and offsite marketing activations and events

  • Analyze campaign performance and market trends

  • Coordinate with management to strengthen brand presence

IT Specialist

  • Maintain and monitor IT systems, networks, and infrastructure

  • Provide technical support to staff and troubleshoot issues

  • Manage cybersecurity, backups, and system updates

  • Ensure smooth operation of hardware and software

  • Support digital platforms used in academy operations

Receptionist

  • Manage front desk operations and welcome visitors professionally

  • Handle phone calls, inquiries, and appointment scheduling

  • Guide visitors and provide tours of the facility

  • Maintain reception records and coordinate with internal teams

  • Ensure a positive first impression for all guests

Security Officer

  • Ensure safety and security of the entire facility

  • Monitor entrances, surveillance systems, and visitor access

  • Respond to security incidents and report unusual activities

  • Conduct routine patrols and enforce security procedures

  • Coordinate with management to maintain a secure environment

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree (HR, Marketing, IT, Security, or relevant fields)

  • Proven experience in relevant functional roles

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

  • Knowledge of relevant local laws and compliance standards

  • Technical certifications for IT/Systems roles preferred

  • Security certification or experience preferred for Security Officer role

  • Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage for customer-facing roles

Salary, Benefits & Career Growth

Average Market Salary (Estimated):

  • HR Manager: SAR 12,000 – 18,000 per month

  • Marketing Manager: SAR 10,000 – 16,000 per month

  • IT Specialist: SAR 8,000 – 12,000 per month

  • Receptionist: SAR 4,500 – 7,000 per month

  • Security Officer: SAR 3,500 – 6,000 per month

Compensation Type: Monthly salary.
