A leading hospitality group in Khobar is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead and strengthen its Human Resources function in alignment with Saudi Vision 2030. The HR Manager will oversee Saudization initiatives, compliance with Saudi labor regulations, and the development of high-performing teams across hospitality properties. 🛠 Key Responsibilities

Lead Saudization initiatives across all properties to meet Nitaqat targets

Ensure full compliance with Saudi Labor Law and government platforms (Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem)

Implement and manage structured performance appraisal systems

Drive employee engagement initiatives and resolve workplace conflicts

Identify training needs and implement service excellence development programs

Maintain global hospitality standards through continuous professional development

Oversee payroll coordination, staff accommodation, and visa/work permit lifecycles

Manage HR operations for a diverse, multicultural workforce

Ensure consistent implementation of HR policies and procedures across all locations
🎓 Requirements & Qualifications
Education
-
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Experience
-
5–10 years of progressive HR experience

Minimum 3 years in a managerial HR role within hospitality or F&B sector

Strong exposure to Saudi labor regulations and compliance frameworks
Certifications (Highly Preferred)

CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development)

SHRM (Society for Human Resource Management)
Technical & Soft Skills
-
Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law, Nitaqat, Qiwa, GOSI, and Muqeem systems

Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite

Bilingual fluency in Arabic and English

Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills

Strategic thinking with operational execution capability
💼 Salary, Benefits & Career Growth
Average Market Salary (Estimated):
SAR 22,000 – SAR 30,000 per month
