🎓 Requirements & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration

5–10 years of progressive HR experience

Minimum 3 years in a managerial HR role within Hospitality or F&B

Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and government HR platforms

Professional HR certifications (CIPD or SHRM) – Highly Preferred

Bilingual fluency in Arabic and English

Strong HRIS and Microsoft Office proficiency

Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and emotional intelligence
