A leading hospitality group in Khobar, Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced and strategic HR Manager to lead the Human Resources function and align organizational people strategy with Saudi Vision 2030. This role is instrumental in ensuring compliance, driving Saudization initiatives, and strengthening workforce engagement across multiple hospitality properties.
The HR Manager will bridge corporate HR strategy with operational execution, ensuring consistent HR policy implementation, performance management excellence, and regulatory compliance with Saudi Labor Law and government platforms such as Qiwa, GOSI, and Muqeem.

🛠 Key Responsibilities

Lead and execute Saudization initiatives across all properties

Ensure full compliance with Saudi Labor Law, Nitaqat, Qiwa, GOSI, and Muqeem

Design and implement structured performance appraisal systems

Drive employee engagement initiatives and workplace culture enhancement

Manage conflict resolution and employee relations processes

Oversee payroll coordination, staff accommodation, and visa/work permit lifecycle

🎓 Requirements & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration

5–10 years of progressive HR experience

Minimum 3 years in a managerial HR role within Hospitality or F&B

Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and regulatory platforms

Professional certifications such as CIPD or SHRM (Highly Preferred)

Bilingual fluency in Arabic and English

Strong proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite

Strong leadership presence and emotional intelligence
