We are seeking a proactive HR Generalist to join our team in Jubail / Dammam, Saudi Arabia, with immediate joining availability. This role is essential in ensuring smooth HR operations, including employee relations, attendance tracking, recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding. The HR Generalist will also coordinate with payroll systems and government platforms such as GOSI, Mudad, and Muqeem, ensuring compliance with Saudi labor regulations.

  • Manage day-to-day HR operations including attendance, leave, and employee relations.
  • Handle full recruitment lifecycle: hiring, onboarding, and offboarding.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law and company policies.
  • Support payroll coordination and manage government platforms (e.g., GOSI, Mudad, Muqeem).
  • Assist in HR projects and initiatives as assigned by management.

🎓 Requirements & Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an HR Generalist.
  • Strong knowledge of HR systems and Saudi government platforms (GOSI, Mudad, Muqeem).
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Immediate joining availability.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
