• Lead and grow a profitable legal practice with full P&L accountability.
• Develop and strengthen long-term client relationships while originating new business opportunities.
• Lead high-value Corporate & Commercial or Litigation & Dispute Resolution matters.
• Build, mentor, and supervise high-performing legal teams using shared firm resources.
• Drive practice growth, profitability, and exceptional client service.
• Develop business strategies to expand the firm’s client portfolio.
• Mentor junior and senior lawyers while fostering professional excellence.
• Contribute to the firm’s long-term strategic planning and business development initiatives.

🎓 Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor of Laws (LLB) is mandatory.
• LLM or MBA is preferred.
• Qualified lawyer with strong standing in Saudi Arabia or an equivalent jurisdiction.
• 15–20+ years of post-qualification legal experience.
• Demonstrated success in business development and managing a profitable client portfolio.
• Extensive experience handling Corporate & Commercial or Litigation & Dispute Resolution matters.
• Strong leadership, commercial acumen, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Fluency in Arabic and English is required.
• Membership in a recognized legal or bar association is advantageous.
