1️⃣ Head of Accounts

Supervise day-to-day accounting operations

Prepare financial statements and periodic management reports

Monitor branch budget and ensure compliance with financial policies

Lead, manage, and mentor accounting staff

Ensure adherence to accounting standards and regulatory compliance
2️⃣ General Accountant

Record daily accounting entries and maintain financial records

Perform bank reconciliations and ledger reviews

Prepare monthly and annual financial reports

Monitor branch-level financial transactions and operations

Support audit and compliance processes
3️⃣ Financial Auditor (Internal Audit Role)

🎓 Requirements & Qualifications
Education
-
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field

Diploma or degree in Supply Chain / Logistics (preferred for Inventory role)
Experience
-
Head of Accounts: 7–10+ years of accounting experience (with leadership exposure)

General Accountant: 3–6 years of accounting experience
-
Financial Auditor: 4–7 years in auditing or internal controls

Inventory Controller: 2–5 years in warehouse or inventory management
Technical Skills

Strong knowledge of accounting standards and financial reporting

Experience with ERP or accounting systems

Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)

Knowledge of internal control and compliance procedures

Inventory tracking systems experience (for warehouse role)
