🛠 Key Responsibilities

  • Follow up and complete company transactions with Saudi government agencies.
  • Process transactions through government platforms, including Qiwa, Muqeem, GOSI, and MHRSD.
  • Monitor and coordinate the renewal of residency permits (Iqama), work permits, and visas.
  • Visit government offices when required to complete official procedures.
  • Prepare periodic reports detailing the status of transactions and completed processes.
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi labor and immigration regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records of government documentation and deadlines.
  • Coordinate with internal departments regarding regulatory requirements.

🎓 Requirements & Qualifications

  • High school diploma, Diploma, or Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
  • No prior experience is required; fresh candidates are encouraged to apply.
  • Familiarity with Saudi government platforms such as Qiwa, Muqeem, GOSI, and MHRSD.
  • Valid Saudi driver’s license.
  • Strong communication and follow-up skills.
