Star Services LLC is conducting a free walk-in recruitment drive for over 200 professionals to support mega water engineering projects, including STP, pipelines, tanks, and other infrastructure developments across Saudi Arabia.

This initiative targets candidates with strong experience in KSA/GCC water projects, familiarity with KSA water technical standards, and proven capabilities in construction, planning, QA/QC, commissioning, and HSE leadership.

Professionals joining these projects will gain exposure to large-scale water and infrastructure projects, work with multi-disciplinary teams, and participate in high-impact programs that contribute to Saudi Arabia’s growing water and utilities sector. Training, certification, and professional development opportunities will also be available for selected candidates.

1. Resident Engineer – 10–15 yrs experience, Bachelor/Master Civil Engineering, Water supervision experience

2. Construction Manager – 15 yrs experience, Bachelor Civil Engineering, GCC experience, FIDIC & contract knowledge

3. Planning Engineer – 10 yrs experience, Bachelor Civil Engineering, Planning in water projects

4. Senior QS / Cost Controller – 15 yrs experience, Bachelor Civil Engineering, KSA water standards

5. Commissioning Engineer – 15 yrs experience, Bachelor Civil Engineering, Familiarity with KSA water standards

6. Stakeholder Liaison Officer – 5 yrs experience, Diploma/Bachelor, Saudi national preferred, Institutional liaison experience

7. HSE Manager – 10 yrs experience, Bachelor Engineering, Water HSE experience, Must be Engineer

8. Administrator – 5 yrs experience, Bachelor’s, Saudi preferred, Water project experience

9. Senior Civil Engineer (E2) – 10 yrs experience, Bachelor Civil Engineering, International + KSA standards

10. Engineering Manager – 15 yrs experience, Bachelor Civil Engineering, Principal Engineer experience in water engineering

11. Project Manager – 12 yrs experience, Civil Engineering background

12. Contract Administrator – 15 yrs Bachelor / 10 yrs Master, Legal + KSA + Water project experience

13. Procurement / Materials Manager – 15 yrs Bachelor Civil Engineering, Water procurement experience

14. Document Controller – 5 yrs Bachelor, Water engineering project experience

15. QA/QC Leader – 10 yrs Bachelor Civil Engineering, Water engineering QA/QC experience

Mandatory Requirements for All Positions:

• Fluency in Arabic & English

• Strong experience in Water Engineering Projects (KSA / GCC)

• KSA Water Technical Standards knowledge preferred
