Innovative Facility Management Services (IFAS) is actively seeking an experienced FM Procurement Specialist (MEP) to join its growing team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the complete procurement lifecycle, including supplier sourcing, vendor evaluation, contract compliance, and procurement performance management. This role plays a critical part in ensuring uninterrupted operations by delivering high-quality materials and services while maintaining cost-effective procurement strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete FM procurement cycle from requisition to delivery.
  • Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers for FM materials and services.
  • Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships.
  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies, documentation, and quality standards.
  • Coordinate procurement activities with Operations, Projects, and Finance teams.
  • Monitor supplier performance through KPIs and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Conduct market analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Implement strategic sourcing initiatives to improve procurement efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate procurement records and reporting.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives within procurement operations.

Requirements & Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, Procurement, or a related field.

Experience

  • 6–8 years of procurement experience within Facility Management, Operations & Maintenance (O&M), or Construction sectors.
  • Proven experience managing procurement processes and supplier relationships.

Technical Skills

  • Strong knowledge of procurement procedures and supply chain management.
  • Experience with ERP and procurement management systems.
  • Expertise in supplier evaluation and vendor performance management.
  • Ability to analyze procurement data and market trends.
  • Experience managing supplier KPIs and SLAs.

Soft Skills

  • Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Certifications

  • CIPS (Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply) Certification.
