Key Responsibilities

Lead financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting activities.

Ensure full compliance with Saudi Central Bank (SAMA) regulations and applicable financial standards.

Requirements & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Finance or Accounting.
Previous experience within financial institutions is required.
Experience in microfinance is preferred.
Strong financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and analytical skills.
Good understanding of Islamic finance principles and regulatory compliance frameworks.
Knowledge of SAMA regulations and financial governance standards.
Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Professional certification such as SOCPA, CPA, ACCA, CMA, or CFA is considered an advantage.
