🎓 Requirements & Qualifications

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field

Certifications (Preferred)

CPA (Certified Public Accountant)
CMA (Certified Management Accountant)
ACCA or equivalent professional certification

Experience

Minimum 5 years of experience in finance or accounting
Prior managerial or team leadership experience preferred

Technical & Professional Skills

Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and accounting systems
Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
Understanding of compliance regulations and audit processes
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong leadership and communication abilities
