Job Overview
A major Roads and Infrastructure Consultancy Project in Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced Field Electrical Engineer to join its project delivery team. This opportunity is ideal for electrical engineering professionals with consultancy experience, strong design review capabilities, and field supervision expertise in large-scale infrastructure projects across the GCC region.
The successful candidate will support the execution and supervision of electrical works for roads and infrastructure developments while ensuring compliance with project specifications, engineering standards, and quality requirements. Candidates must possess strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and proven experience working within consultancy environments.
This position offers a long-term career opportunity on a three-year infrastructure project, providing exposure to complex engineering assignments, multidisciplinary project teams, and large-scale transportation infrastructure developments within Saudi Arabia.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise electrical works on roads and infrastructure projects.
- Review engineering designs, drawings, and technical specifications.
- Conduct design reviews and provide technical recommendations.
- Monitor contractor performance and site activities.
- Ensure compliance with project standards, quality requirements, and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with project managers, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders.
- Review material submittals and technical documentation.
- Conduct inspections and prepare site supervision reports.
- Resolve technical issues and support project delivery activities.
- Ensure project milestones are achieved according to schedule.
Requirements & Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.
Experience
- More than 10 years of experience in Electrical Engineering.
- Consultancy background is mandatory.
- Experience in Roads and Infrastructure projects is required.
- GCC project experience is mandatory.
- Design review experience is required.
- Site supervision experience is required.
Certifications
- Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) registration preferred but not mandatory.
Technical Skills
- Electrical design review and evaluation.

- Engineering documentation and technical reporting.
- Quality assurance and compliance monitoring.
