🛠 Key Responsibilities

Engineering Roles

• BIM Engineer: Develop and manage building information models to optimize facility planning.

• MV Electrical Engineer: Supervise medium-voltage electrical systems and maintenance activities.

• Electrical Engineer: Oversee electrical installations and preventive maintenance programs.

Supervisory Roles

• Civil / MEP / Soft Services / STP Supervisors: Manage teams, ensure project compliance, and monitor operational efficiency.

• Safety Supervisor (IOSH / NEBOSH): Implement workplace safety standards and ensure regulatory compliance.

Technical Staff

• Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting for HVAC, mechanical, civil, and electrical systems.

• Operate utility, generator, and STP systems effectively.

• Maintain technical documentation and report system performance.

Support & Administrative Roles

• Handle customer support, administrative, and housing reception duties.

• Manage scheduling, record-keeping, and facility coordination.

Skilled Workers

• Perform carpentry, masonry, painting, and pest control tasks as per project standards.

🎓 Requirements & Qualifications

• Relevant diploma, technical certification, or bachelor’s degree for engineering and supervisory roles.

• Prior experience in facility maintenance or related operations.

• Certifications: IOSH / NEBOSH for safety roles; technical certifications for HVAC, electrical, and mechanical staff preferred.

• Strong problem-solving, teamwork, and communication skills.
