We are seeking an experienced Facilities Management, Operations & Maintenance (FMS) Supervisor to oversee the operation, maintenance, and performance of critical engineering systems within a healthcare environment in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. 🛠 Key Responsibilities

Supervise the operation and maintenance of all hospital facilities and engineering service systems.
Develop, implement, and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
Ensure the operational readiness and reliability of critical equipment and infrastructure.
Monitor system performance and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Supervise contractors, vendors, and service providers to ensure compliance with approved specifications and standards.
Ensure adherence to occupational health and safety regulations and facility management policies.
Prepare periodic technical reports and provide recommendations for operational improvements.
Lead and manage technical maintenance teams, assign tasks, and monitor performance.
Support initiatives to reduce equipment downtime and improve facility reliability.
Improve energy efficiency and optimize resource utilization.
Coordinate with hospital departments to ensure uninterrupted operational services.
Monitor maintenance KPIs and support continuous improvement initiatives.

🎓 Requirements & Qualifications

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.

Professional Accreditation

Valid professional accreditation from the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) is mandatory.

Experience

Minimum 5 years of experience in facilities management, operation, and maintenance.
Previous experience in hospitals, healthcare facilities, medical centers, or critical infrastructure environments is highly preferred.
Proven experience managing preventive and corrective maintenance programs.

Technical Skills

Strong operational knowledge of:
- Central Air Conditioning (HVAC) Systems
- Chillers and Central Cooling Units
- Boilers
- Power Generators
- Water Supply Systems
- Wastewater Treatment Systems
- Fire Fighting and Fire Protection Systems
Knowledge of maintenance planning and asset management practices.
