• Oversee daily facility operations and maintenance activities
• Monitor and manage BMS (Building Management Systems) and CAFM platforms
• Ensure compliance with QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment) standards
• Supervise MEP systems including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams
• Manage documentation, reporting, and project administration tasks
• Support project planning, execution, and operational efficiency
• Conduct inspections, audits, and preventive maintenance schedules
• Lead soft services operations such as cleaning and facility support services

🎓 Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field
• Relevant certifications (e.g., NEBOSH for QHSE, FM certifications, BMS/CAFM training) preferred
• Proven experience in facilities management, construction, or engineering roles
• Strong technical knowledge of MEP systems and building operations
• Familiarity with CAFM software and BMS tools
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, project-driven environment

Average Market Salary (Estimated):

• Facilities Manager: SAR 18,000 – 30,000 per month
• QHSE Officer: SAR 6,000 – 12,000 per month
• BMS Operator: SAR 4,000 – 7,000 per month
