🛠 Key Responsibilities
Facade Project Engineer
- Lead on-site execution of façade systems and installations
- Coordinate with design, engineering, and site teams
- Ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards
Facade Senior BIM Engineer / Manager
- Manage BIM teams and 3D modeling workflows
- Oversee clash detection and interface coordination
- Ensure accurate digital representation of façade systems
Facade Senior Planner / Manager
- Develop and manage project schedules and timelines
- Optimize resource allocation and project sequencing
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery
🎓 Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in façade systems or construction projects
- Strong expertise in façade engineering, BIM tools (e.g., Revit, Navisworks), or project planning software
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities
- Relevant certifications in BIM, project management (e.g., PMP), or construction planning are highly advantageous
- Transferable Iqama (Mandatory)
- Must be currently residing in Saudi Arabia

- Facade Project Engineer: SAR 10,000 – 16,000/month
- Senior BIM Engineer / Manager: SAR 15,000 – 25,000/month
- Senior Planner / Manager: SAR 14,000 – 24,000/month
