🛠 Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and professionally assess their visual needs

• Install, adjust, and fit prescription glasses and sunglasses according to specifications

• Provide expert advice on suitable lenses, frames, and eyewear solutions

• Ensure prescription glasses meet quality standards before customer delivery

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the showroom and workstations

• Support showroom sales targets and customer satisfaction goals

• Deliver high-quality service in line with approved optical industry standards

• Assist in improving the overall customer experience and eyewear product presentation

🎓 Requirements & Qualifications

• Diploma or Certificate in Optometry or a related optical field

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an Eyewear Technician or Optics Technician

• Valid professional classification from the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS) with the title of Optometrist

• Strong knowledge of eyeglass fitting, lens adjustments, and optical products

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Ability to work in a sales-driven retail environment

• Attention to detail to ensure precision in optical measurements and fittings
