Machinser is seeking a motivated ERP Support Executive to join its Dammam team. This role is integral in ensuring smooth ERP system operations, providing functional support, and helping end-users maximize software efficiency. The position is ideal for professionals with a background in ERP systems, software support, and problem-solving within fast-paced organizational environments.

The ERP Support Executive will handle daily system troubleshooting, support ticket management, and user training, contributing directly to operational efficiency and software adoption. The role offers exposure to cross-functional collaboration with IT and business teams, enhancing both technical and business process skills.

🛠 Key Responsibilities

• Provide functional and user support for ERP software to ensure smooth daily operations.

• Handle support tickets, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolution.

• Coordinate with the technical/IT team for escalations and complex problem-solving.

• Assist users with system configuration, process guidance, and best practices.

• Monitor daily ticket updates, maintain proper documentation, and track resolution status.

• Conduct user training sessions and provide support during ERP implementation and post-go-live.

• Identify recurring issues and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency.

🎓 Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in software support, preferably ERP systems.

• Experience with ERP software (Odoo ERP is a strong advantage).

• Strong communication skills in English and Arabic.

• Saudi citizen, preferably from the Eastern Province.

• Willingness to work on-site in Dammam.

• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Preferred training or certifications:

• ERP functional training (Odoo, SAP, or Oracle)

• ITIL Foundation or helpdesk support certification

• Professional development in ERP support, troubleshooting, and system configuration
