🛠 Key Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and execute engineering tasks according to project specifications

• Prepare, review, and manage technical documents and shop drawings (Revit preferred)

• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams for project delivery and technical compliance

• Supervise and mentor junior engineers on-site or in-office

• Monitor quality and adherence to safety standards across projects

• Track project progress, budgets, and timelines to ensure efficient execution

• Provide technical support and solutions for project-related challenges

🎓 Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil, Architectural, Mechanical, Electrical, or relevant discipline)

• Proven experience in mega construction projects

• Strong technical knowledge and coordination skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

• GCC experience is a plus

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• Proficiency in project management and engineering software (Revit, AutoCAD, or equivalent)

💼 Salary, Benefits & Career Growth

Average Market Salary (Estimated):

• Planning / Technical / Site Engineers: 8,000–15,000 SAR/month (based on role, experience, and KSA market)

• Senior roles (Senior Engineer / Senior Quantity Surveyor): 15,000–25,000 SAR/month (estimated)
