General Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and manage engineering and construction activities.
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource utilization.
- Ensure compliance with engineering standards, safety regulations, and project specifications.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, clients, and internal teams.
- Prepare project reports, technical documentation, and progress updates.
- Support quality assurance and risk management throughout project execution.
- Monitor site activities to ensure timely project completion.
- Maintain accurate financial and project records where applicable.
🎓 Requirements & Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Accounting, or a related discipline depending on the position.
Experience
- Project Manager: Relevant project management experience preferred.
- Cost Control: Minimum 3+ years of experience.
- Planning Engineer: Minimum 5+ years of experience.
- Electrical Engineer: 5–10 years of experience.
- Executive Engineer: 5–7 years of experience.
- Relevant experience for Site Supervisor, Architectural Engineer, Architectural Supervisor, and Site Accountant.
Skills
- Strong project coordination and communication skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of construction project management practices.
- Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams.
- Proficiency in engineering and project management software is an advantage.
- Professional certifications such as PMP, PMI-SP, Primavera P6, OSHA, or equivalent are considered an advantage where applicable.
