🛠 Key Responsibilities

Conduct on-site inspections for all ELV works across Diriyah projects

Prepare detailed inspection reports and maintain proper documentation
Review shop drawings, material submittals, and as-built drawings

🎓 Requirements & Qualifications

Minimum 10+ years of experience in ELV systems inspection
Proven experience with engineering consultancy firms
Strong background in hotel and hospitality projects
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or relevant discipline
Valid SCE (Saudi Council of Engineers) membership as an Engineer
Extensive knowledge of ELV systems, including:
- CCTV Systems
- Access Control Systems
- Fire Alarm Systems
- Structured Cabling
- Public Address Systems
- Building Management Systems (BMS)
Solid experience in site inspection, testing, and commissioning
Ability to review technical drawings and specifications
Strong knowledge of international standards and safety regulations
Excellent coordination, reporting, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Certifications in ELV systems or project management
Experience in large-scale consultancy or high-end hospitality projects
