China Railway 18th Bureau Group (CR18) is seeking a qualified and experienced Electrical Technical Engineer to join the prestigious Masjid An-Nabawi Superblock Five Project in Madinah, Saudi Arabia. This large-scale high-rise building development is being executed for Rua Al Madinah Holding with project consultancy services provided by KEO International Consultants.

The Electrical Technical Engineer will play a critical role in the planning, coordination, installation, testing, commissioning, and technical supervision of electrical systems throughout the project lifecycle. The position requires strong expertise in electrical engineering practices, construction methodologies, technical documentation review, and multidisciplinary project coordination.

🛠 Key Responsibilities

• Review and evaluate electrical shop drawings and technical submittals.

🎓 Requirements & Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in high-rise building construction projects.
• Proven experience in electrical systems installation, testing, and commissioning.

Technical Skills

• Electrical systems design and construction knowledge.
• Shop drawing review and technical documentation analysis.
• Testing and commissioning procedures.
• Construction quality control and compliance monitoring.
• Familiarity with international engineering standards and building codes.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
