🛠 Key Responsibilities

Manage and supervise electrical construction activities on project sites.
Lead MV and HV power cable installation and commissioning activities.
Oversee HV underground cable projects, including 110kV and 132kV systems.
Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.
Monitor project schedules, resources, and site performance.
Conduct site inspections and resolve technical challenges.
Prepare project reports and maintain project documentation.
Ensure adherence to SEC requirements and industry standards.
Lead and mentor engineering and site supervision teams.

🎓 Requirements & Qualifications

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.

Experience

Minimum 10 years of professional experience in electrical engineering and power infrastructure projects.
Proven experience managing MV and HV power projects.
Extensive experience in power cable laying, installation, testing, and commissioning.
Demonstrated experience with HV Underground Cable Projects (110kV / 132kV).

Certifications

Mandatory Certifications:

PMP (Project Management Professional)
SEC Approval
