An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Electrical Site Manager to join a leading power and infrastructure project team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is ideal for senior electrical engineering professionals with extensive experience in Medium Voltage (MV) and High Voltage (HV) power projects, including underground cable installation and transmission infrastructure works.

The Electrical Site Manager will be responsible for overseeing site execution activities, managing project teams, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and coordinating project delivery within approved timelines and budgets. The position requires strong technical expertise in power cable systems, electrical infrastructure, and project management methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise MV and HV power project site activities.
• Oversee HV and MV cable laying, installation, testing, and commissioning activities.
• Lead underground cable projects including 110kV and 132kV systems.
• Coordinate with project stakeholders, contractors, consultants, and utility authorities.
• Ensure compliance with SEC requirements, project specifications, and safety standards.
• Monitor project schedules, progress, and resource allocation.
• Conduct site inspections and quality control reviews.
• Manage construction teams and subcontractors.
• Prepare project reports, documentation, and progress updates.
• Resolve technical and operational challenges during project execution.
• Ensure successful project completion and client satisfaction.

Requirements & Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.

Certifications

• PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification – Required.
• C1 Certification – Required.
• C2 Certification – Required.
• SEC Approval – Required.

Experience

• Minimum 10 years of experience in electrical engineering and power projects.
• Proven experience managing MV and HV power projects.
• Extensive experience in HV Underground Cable Projects (110kV / 132kV).
• Strong site management and project execution experience.
