SAMA Energy is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead high-voltage substation projects in Saudi Arabia. This senior-level role is ideal for professionals with extensive experience in substation design, execution, and project management within the energy sector.

The Electrical Project Manager will oversee all aspects of project planning, execution, and delivery while ensuring compliance with safety, technical, and regulatory standards. 🛠 Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage high-voltage substation projects from initiation to completion
Plan, schedule, and allocate resources effectively to meet project deadlines
Oversee installation, testing, commissioning, and handover of electrical systems
Ensure compliance with safety, technical, and regulatory standards
Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and regulatory authorities for project execution
Monitor project budgets, timelines, and performance metrics
Prepare detailed project reports, risk assessments, and progress updates
Mentor and guide junior engineers and project team members

🎓 Requirements & Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering (Mandatory)
Minimum 13+ years of experience in electrical project management for high-voltage substation projects
Transferable Iqama is mandatory
SEC-approved project experience preferred
Strong technical knowledge of substation systems, high-voltage equipment, and project execution
Proven leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Immediate availability is required

Average Market Salary (Estimated):
SAR 25,000 – 35,000 per month
(Based on senior Electrical Project Manager roles in Saudi Arabia with 13+ years’ experience)
