Job Overview

Facilities Company is hiring an experienced Electrical Estimation Engineer to join its growing team in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate electrical cost estimates, analyzing technical drawings, validating project requirements, and supporting competitive project proposals. 🛠 Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate electrical cost estimates for MEP and ELV projects.
• Analyze project drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
• Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs) for project bidding.
• Validate technical requirements and project scope.
• Conduct scope analysis for MEP, ELV, MV, and LV systems.
• Estimate material, labor, equipment, and subcontractor costs.
• Develop technical and commercial proposals.
• Perform quantity take-offs for lighting, power distribution, fire alarm, CCTV, and Building Management Systems (BMS).
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to achieve cost-optimized project solutions.
• Support project tendering and bid submission activities.

🎓 Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree (B.E./B.Tech) in Electrical Engineering.
• Experience in electrical estimation for MEP and ELV projects.
• Strong understanding of MV, LV, electrical distribution, and building services.
• Experience preparing BOQs and quantity take-offs.
• Knowledge of cost estimation methodologies and tender documentation.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
• Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Professional certifications in estimation, project management, or electrical engineering are advantageous.

💼 Salary, Benefits & Career Growth

Salary

SAR 5,000 – SAR 10,000 per month

Final compensation will depend on qualifications, experience, and interview performance.
