🛠 Key Responsibilities

Lead electrical engineering activities for large-scale mixed-use development projects.

Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless project execution.

Oversee design review, installation, and commissioning of electrical systems.

Ensure compliance with local codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.

Support project lifecycle activities including planning, monitoring, and reporting.

Resolve technical challenges and provide engineering solutions in a timely manner.

Mentor junior engineers and contribute to knowledge transfer within the project team.
🎓 Requirements & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.

Proven experience in PMC or client-side electrical engineering roles.

Track record of delivering large-scale mixed-use projects.

Strong understanding of project lifecycle, design, installation, and commissioning processes.

Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Knowledge of local KSA electrical standards and safety regulations preferred.

Locally available candidates in Saudi Arabia will be prioritized.

5–10 years of relevant professional experience in large construction or real estate projects.
💼 Salary, Benefits & Career Growth
Average Market Salary (Estimated): SAR 150,000 – SAR 210,000 per year
(Based on Electrical Engineer role, Madinah location, and mid-senior experience level)
