Ramz United is urgently seeking an experienced E&I / Telecom QC Supervisor for a long-term pipeline infrastructure project in Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This role is designed for highly qualified professionals who are ARAMCO approved and possess extensive experience in electrical, instrumentation, and telecommunications quality control within oil and gas pipeline projects.
The E&I / Telecom QC Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and managing quality control activities related to electrical systems, instrumentation, and telecom installations across the project site. The role ensures that all installations, inspections, and testing procedures comply with the strict technical standards established by Saudi Aramco, as well as project specifications and international engineering practices.

🛠 Key Responsibilities

Supervise and manage quality control activities for electrical, instrumentation, and telecom installations on pipeline projects

Ensure strict compliance with ARAMCO standards, project specifications, and safety regulations

Conduct site inspections to verify workmanship, materials, and installation quality

Review and approve QC documentation, test reports, inspection reports, and as-built drawings

Identify non-conformances (NCRs) and coordinate corrective actions with engineers and contractors

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior QC staff and inspectors

Maintain accurate records of inspections, testing procedures, and project approvals

Collaborate with project management, engineering teams, and contractors to resolve quality issues

Support quality audits and compliance reporting throughout the project lifecycle
🎓 Requirements & Qualifications
Education
-
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related technical field
Certifications (Mandatory)

ARAMCO Approved E&I / Telecom QC Supervisor Certification
Experience
-
Minimum 10 years of experience in pipeline projects

Proven experience in E&I and telecom quality control within oil & gas infrastructure projects
Technical Skills

Strong knowledge of electrical systems, instrumentation controls, and telecom infrastructure

Experience with installation inspection, testing procedures, and quality assurance documentation

Familiarity with industrial standards, ARAMCO project specifications, and QC procedures
