🛠 Key Responsibilities

Monitor the movement of transportation and distribution vehicles between factories and branches.
Receive branch orders and accurately enter them into the ERP system.
Convert customer orders into production orders and monitor execution.
Manage product returns and ensure proper documentation.
Continuously update operational data within the ERP system.
Verify the accuracy of product quantities and orders before dispatch.
Deliver completed production orders to the Logistics Department.
Coordinate with production and logistics teams to maintain efficient workflows.
Maintain accurate operational records and documentation.
Support smooth day-to-day production and transportation operations.

🎓 Requirements & Qualifications

Education

High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar dispatcher, production coordination, or transportation coordination role.
