About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Supervisor to oversee and support our customer service operations in Khobar. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in the telecommunications industry, strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage and motivate a frontline team to deliver excellent customer experiences.


Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily customer service operations and ensure high-quality service delivery.

  • Lead, coach, and motivate a team of customer service representatives to meet performance targets (quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction).

  • Handle escalated customer issues and ensure timely and professional resolution.

  • Monitor and evaluate team performance, provide feedback, and identify training needs.

  • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and service standards.

  • Prepare and share regular performance reports with management.

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience.

  • Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve complex customer inquiries.


Requirements

  • Experience: 3–4 years of experience in the telecommunications industry or a closely related field, preferably in a supervisory or team leader role.

  • Language: Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).

  • Strong interpersonal, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to manage a team in a fast-paced environment.

  • Gender: Male candidates only.

  • Nationality: Saudi nationals only.

  • Availability: Immediate joining preferred.
