Ceer Company is seeking motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Agents (Call Center) to join its team at the company headquarters in Riyadh. This full-time, on-site opportunity is open to Saudi nationals (male and female)who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and providing effective support through telephone-based communication.

As a Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues using internal systems, and ensuring a positive customer experience. 🎓 Requirements & Qualifications

  • Saudi National (Male or Female).
  • English language proficiency at B2 level.
  • High school diploma, diploma, or bachelor’s degree is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to work with CRM or customer support systems.
  • Ability to work rotating shifts and variable weekly schedules.
  • Previous customer service or call center experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
  • Customer service training or communication certifications are beneficial.

💼 Salary, Benefits & Career Growth

Gross Salary: SAR 5,670 per month

Net Salary (After Deductions): SAR 5,280 per month

Monthly Incentives: SAR 360

Compensation Type: Monthly Salary
