Rezayat Sparrow is seeking an experienced Customer Relations Manager to lead the Customer Relations team and elevate the customer experience journey. This role is vital in bridging the gap between operations and client needs, ensuring seamless service delivery and long-term client satisfaction.

🛠 Key Responsibilities

Guide, mentor, and motivate the Customer Relations team within Operations

Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and resolve complex issues efficiently

Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to achieve high customer satisfaction levels

Collaborate with operations teams to align services with market needs

Proven leadership experience in Customer Relations or Customer Experience (CX)
