Rasekh Precast Company is seeking experienced Cost Control Engineers and Erection Supervisors to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. 🛠 Key Responsibilities

Cost Control Engineer:

• Monitor project budgets and control costs for precast operations

• Prepare cost reports, forecasts, and financial analyses

• Coordinate with project managers and finance teams to ensure cost efficiency

• Track material usage, procurement costs, and labor expenses

• Implement cost control procedures and recommendations

Erection Supervisor:

• Supervise on-site erection and installation of precast elements

• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and project specifications

• Coordinate with project engineers, contractors, and site teams

• Monitor progress and provide daily/weekly site reports

• Resolve technical issues and support smooth project execution

🎓 Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline

• Minimum 10 years of experience in cost control or erection supervision for precast or structural projects

• Strong technical knowledge of construction processes and project management

• Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Candidates must be based in Saudi Arabia and eligible for immediate Iqama transfer

Average Market Salary (Estimated):

• Cost Control Engineer: 15,000–20,000 SAR/month

• Erection Supervisor: 12,000–18,000 SAR/month
