🛠 Key Responsibilities

Harmonize and update Articles of Association and statutory documents in compliance with Companies Law and relevant regulations
Coordinate with the Ministry of Commerce and other competent government authorities to complete legal procedures efficiently
Prepare, review, and negotiate contracts and legal agreements
Provide legal consultations and statutory advice to internal departments
Follow up on documentation processes, real estate registration, and related legal procedures
Support legal compliance initiatives and reduce organizational risk through thorough legal review
Ensure adherence to applicable regulatory frameworks and corporate governance standards

🎓 Requirements & Qualifications

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent
Master’s degree in Law (LLM) is an advantage

Licensing:

Valid and active law license in Saudi Arabia (mandatory)

Experience:

Proven practical experience in harmonizing Articles of Association under Saudi Companies Law
Experience dealing with the Ministry of Commerce and related government authorities
Experience in documentation and real estate registration procedures
Strong background in contract drafting, legal review, and advisory services

Technical Skills:

In-depth knowledge of Saudi corporate regulations and legal compliance standards
Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills
Legal research and regulatory interpretation expertise

Soft Skills:
