Job Overview
A leading GCC contractor is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join its Riyadh operations. This senior-level position is responsible for overseeing contract administration, commercial management, risk mitigation, and compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
The role requires strong expertise in construction contracts, stakeholder management, claims avoidance, and project commercial performance. The successful candidate will work closely with project teams, consultants, subcontractors, and clients to ensure contractual obligations are effectively managed.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage contract administration throughout project execution.
- Review and interpret contract terms, conditions, and obligations.
- Identify commercial risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Support project teams on contractual matters and compliance.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
- Manage contract variations, notices, and documentation.
- Monitor project commercial performance and contractual compliance.
- Assist in dispute avoidance and contract negotiations.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Law, or related field.
- Extensive experience in contract management within construction or infrastructure projects.
- Strong understanding of FIDIC and construction contract frameworks.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
- Additional mandatory requirements apply as specified by the employer.
