We are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee all aspects of contract administration and management for a landmark infrastructure project in NEOM. This role is central to ensuring that contracts are executed efficiently, risks are mitigated, and project delivery aligns with organizational and legal standards.
The Contracts Manager will collaborate closely with project teams, clients, vendors, and subcontractors to negotiate, review, and monitor contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry best practices. By maintaining robust contract management processes, this role directly contributes to the successful execution of high-profile infrastructure initiatives.

🛠 Key Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of contract administration and execution for the NEOM infrastructure project.

Review, negotiate, and finalize contracts with clients, vendors, and subcontractors.

Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and project standards.

Monitor contract performance, track variations, claims, and risks, and report to management.

Collaborate with project teams to resolve contractual issues and support project delivery.

Maintain accurate documentation, records, and reporting related to contracts.

🎓 Requirements & Qualifications

Proven experience as a Contracts Manager in construction or infrastructure projects.

Strong knowledge of contract law, negotiation strategies, and procurement procedures.

Ability to manage multiple contracts and prioritize effectively.

Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.

Transferable visa preferred for expatriates.

Immediate availability is highly desirable.

Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Construction Management, or related field preferred.

Average Market Salary (Estimated): SAR 250,000–350,000/year (for Contracts Manager in large-scale infrastructure projects in Saudi Arabia)
