Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

Requirements & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Construction Manager on construction and infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, project execution, and site management.
• Experience managing subcontractors, project resources, and site operations.
• Excellent leadership, coordination, and team management skills.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, PMI, or construction management certifications are advantageous.
• Immediate availability or readiness to join immediately is preferred.

Salary, Benefits & Career Growth

Average Market Salary (Estimated)

SAR 18,000 – SAR 35,000 per month
