🛠 Key Responsibilities (By Role)
BIM Manager
-
Lead BIM processes and modeling for high-rise and complex projects.

Ensure regional compliance and coordination with design & construction teams.

Mentor BIM team members and oversee modeling quality control.
Senior QS Engineer
-
Manage quantity surveying for high-value, complex projects.
-
Prepare accurate cost estimates, BOQs, and budget monitoring.

Support project planning and financial decision-making.
Civil Inspector
-
Inspect civil works for compliance with design, standards, and safety.

Report deviations and ensure corrective measures are implemented.
QA/QC Engineer

Oversee quality management systems and inspection protocols.

Ensure construction materials and work meet technical specifications.
HSE Engineer

Implement health, safety, and environmental protocols.

Conduct risk assessments, audits, and safety training.
🎓 Requirements & Qualifications

Proven experience in construction and consulting environments.

Hands-on experience with high-rise building projects and complex technical projects.

Regional experience in KSA or GCC is strongly preferred.

Relevant professional certifications per discipline (BIM, QS, QA/QC, HSE).

5–20+ years of total experience depending on role (detailed per position).

Strong technical, communication, and project coordination skills.

Average Market Salary (Estimated):

BIM Manager: SAR 300,000 – SAR 400,000/year
