• Strong expertise in developing compliance policies, procedures, and regulatory frameworks.
• In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations, governance, and risk management.
• Professional compliance certifications (such as CCEP, CHC, ISO Compliance, or equivalent) are advantageous.
• Excellent analytical, communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple compliance initiatives while maintaining regulatory standards.
