🛠 Key Responsibilities

Conduct inspection and quality control of pipeline coating systems to ensure compliance with project specifications

Verify coating applications according to ARAMCO standards and industry quality requirements

Review project specifications, coating procedures, and application plans before execution

Perform on-site inspections of materials, surface preparation, and coating application processes

Identify and document non-conformances (NCRs) and recommend corrective actions

Coordinate with project engineers, contractors, and QC teams to resolve quality issues

Maintain accurate inspection records, QC reports, and coating test documentation

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior inspectors and site personnel

Ensure compliance with safety protocols and environmental regulations during coating operations
🎓 Requirements & Qualifications
Education

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field
Certifications (Mandatory)

ARAMCO Approved Coating QC Inspector Certification
Experience
-
Minimum 10 years of experience in coating inspection

Pipeline project experience is mandatory, preferably within oil & gas infrastructure projects
Technical Skills

Strong knowledge of coating systems, corrosion protection methods, and inspection techniques

Familiarity with surface preparation standards, coating thickness testing, and defect detection

Experience with quality control documentation and inspection reporting
