Highlinks Group is urgently seeking an experienced Civil QC Inspector to ensure the highest standards of quality on a prestigious stadium and surrounding villages construction project in KSA. This role plays a critical part in monitoring civil works, validating material quality, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and project specifications.
The Civil QC Inspector will work closely with engineers, contractors, and project management teams to maintain impeccable workmanship and documentation, contributing directly to the success of this large-scale infrastructure initiative. This position offers exposure to high-profile construction projects, hands-on quality assurance, and opportunities to strengthen professional credentials in civil quality inspection.

🛠 Key Responsibilities

Conduct on-site quality inspections of civil works, ensuring compliance with project specifications and standards

Review and validate construction drawings, material submittals, and method statements

Monitor workmanship, materials, and processes for adherence to civil engineering codes and best practices

Prepare and maintain detailed inspection reports, logs, and quality records

Coordinate corrective actions with contractors, engineers, and project management teams

Ensure consistent compliance with safety protocols and regulatory standards

Support project audits, testing, and commissioning activities
🎓 Requirements & Qualifications

Proven experience as a Civil QC Inspector on large-scale construction projects

Strong knowledge of civil engineering standards, materials, and testing procedures

Ability to read, interpret, and analyze construction drawings and technical documents

Excellent reporting, documentation, and communication skills

Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working under tight deadlines

Relevant quality control/inspection certifications preferred (e.g., NEBOSH, ISO, or equivalent)
