🛠 Key Responsibilities

Project Director

Lead large-scale construction projects from planning through completion.
Oversee project execution, budgets, quality, and client relationships.
Manage multidisciplinary engineering and construction teams.
Ensure project delivery meets contractual and business objectives.

Project Manager

Plan, execute, and monitor construction projects.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders.
Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources.
Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.

Construction Manager

Supervise day-to-day construction site activities.
Manage subcontractors and construction teams.
Ensure work progresses according to project schedules and specifications.
Monitor safety, quality, and productivity.

Civil Engineer

Support project execution and site engineering activities.
Review drawings and technical specifications.
Monitor construction quality and resolve technical issues.
Coordinate with project teams for successful delivery.

Civil Cost Control Engineer

Prepare project cost reports and budget forecasts.
Monitor project expenditures and cost performance.
Identify cost-saving opportunities.
Support financial planning and project controls.

Civil Planning Engineer

Develop and maintain project schedules.
Track project progress and performance.
Prepare planning reports and recovery plans.
Coordinate scheduling activities with project teams.

Civil Estimation Section Supervisor

Supervise estimation activities and engineering teams.
Review BOQs, cost estimates, and tender submissions.
Ensure estimation accuracy and project competitiveness.

Civil Estimation Engineer

Prepare quantity take-offs and detailed cost estimates.
Analyze tender documents and technical drawings.
Coordinate supplier quotations and pricing.
Support bid preparation and proposal development.

🎓 Requirements & Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (Mandatory).
Experience requirements based on the position:
- Project Director: 18–24 years
- Project Manager: 16–20 years
- Construction Manager: 15–19 years
- Civil Engineer: 5–9 years
- Civil Cost Control Engineer: 5–9 years
- Civil Planning Engineer: 5–9 years
- Civil Estimation Section Supervisor: 12–16 years
- Civil Estimation Engineer: 10–14 years
Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
Previous experience in Saudi Arabia or other GCC countries is highly preferred.
Professional certifications such as PMP, Primavera P6, CCP (Certified Cost Professional), or equivalent certifications are considered advantageous.
Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and project coordination skills.
