Job Overview
A leading project team in Saudi Arabia is currently seeking an experienced Civil Engineer (Infrastructure Projects) for a project-based role in Jazan. This opportunity is open to candidates currently based in KSA with proven hands-on expertise in infrastructure development, including roads construction, asphalt works, and site execution.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in supervising site activities, coordinating subcontractors, managing project schedules, and ensuring high-quality delivery across both Brownfield and Greenfield environments. Immediate availability is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities

Manage and supervise infrastructure project execution on-site
-
Oversee roads construction, asphalt works, and related civil activities

Support project planning, scheduling, and progress monitoring
-
Prepare and review AutoCAD drawings, revisions, and site layouts
-
Develop Material Take-Offs (MTO) and quantity estimations
-
Coordinate subcontractors and ensure timely completion of work packages
-
Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety, and quality standards
-
Prepare daily/weekly site reports and communicate progress to management
-
Handle both Brownfield and Greenfield project requirements effectively

Work independently under site conditions while meeting project deadlines
Requirements & Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering

Minimum 5 years of proven experience in Saudi Arabia

Strong hands-on expertise in infrastructure works, including:

Roads construction
-
Asphalt works
-
Site supervision and execution
-

Proficiency in project planning and scheduling

Skilled in AutoCAD drawings and technical revisions
-
Experience in MTO preparation and quantity take-offs
-
Strong coordination, reporting, and communication skills

Ability to supervise subcontractors and manage site teams

Immediate availability preferred

Candidates must currently be based in KSA only
