🛠 Key Responsibilities

Civil Engineer

Ensure compliance with project specifications and safety regulations.

Prepare technical reports and maintenance documentation.

Electrical Engineer

Maintain electrical systems, power distribution, and lighting installations.

🎓 Requirements & Qualifications

Proven experience in Building Maintenance projects.
Good English communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary engineering teams.
Knowledge of maintenance standards and safety regulations.
Professional certifications related to maintenance or facilities management are considered an advantage.
